I initially deposited $500 and grew my account to $3099, only to be informed of a KYC fee linked to my account total. I paid $165.94 for the KYC fee, and my verification was approved. Now that my account has reached $32,106.00, I'm being asked to pay another KYC fee after attempting to withdraw $9000.00, which was rejected. Instead of returning my commission fee, they placed it back into my account. I've repeatedly sought clarification on my initial KYC verification and fee, but they keep insisting on the new fee, which exceeds $1800.00. I'm concerned this will repeat if my first fee isn't resolved. This situation is quite disappointing, and I wish they would honor my initial payment. I hope they can rectify this issue, as I'm starting to lose trust in the company, although I still hope for a resolution. Additionally, I have never used the Bot because it was never activated.
