They rejected my withdrawal request and added the fee back into my account instead of refunding it or crediting me. I've repeatedly asked for clarification regarding the first KYC verification and fee, but they have not responded and are insisting on a new KYC fee of over $1800.00. I fear the same issue will occur if the first fee is not resolved. This situation is very disappointing, and I expect them to honor my initial payment. I hope they rectify this issue, as I'm starting to feel uneasy about this company, but I still wish for them to demonstrate their commitment to credibility rather than just taking people's money. Additionally, I have never used the Bot, as it was never activated.

This site is fraudulent. You can invest but will only be able to withdraw $100.00 initially. Then, they demand more money for KYC verification before allowing you to withdraw. After complying with a $200.00 request, you can access that $100.00. The next withdrawal attempt requires an additional $800.00, and after that, you cannot withdraw at all. They then ask for $1000.00. Beware of individuals claiming to be representatives who contact you through messaging apps. They claim to be located in a major city, but there are serious concerns.
