I initially invested $500 and grew my account to $3099, only to be informed that I needed to pay a KYC fee based on my account balance. I paid $165.94 for this fee, and my KYC was verified and approved. Now, after increasing my account to $32,106.00, I'm once again being asked to pay a KYC fee. This demand came after I attempted to withdraw $9000.00, following the payment of a commission fee. They rejected my withdrawal request and added the fee back into my account instead of refunding it or crediting me. I've repeatedly asked for clarification regarding the first KYC verification and fee, but they have not responded and are insisting on a new KYC fee of over $1800.00. I fear the same issue will occur if the first fee is not resolved. This situation is very disappointing, and I expect them to honor my initial payment. I hope they rectify this issue, as I'm starting to feel uneasy about this company, but I still wish for them to demonstrate their commitment to credibility rather than just taking people's money. Additionally, I have never used the Bot, as it was never activated.
