Review Time
I placed an order on February 19th and, after two weeks (9 business days), I still have no shipping confirmation or tracking number.
Customer service does not respond to emails. On Instagram, they repeatedly told me I would receive shipping information “soon” or “the same day,” but nothing ever arrived. Many other reviews mention the same issues — delays, no communication, and poor customer service — which is very concerning.
The address linked to the charge on my card appears to be residential houses in Colorado, not a business office, which raises serious doubts about the company’s legitimacy.
This experience has been stressful and extremely disappointing. I am now considering contacting my bank to dispute the charge due to lack of response and failure to provide the product or proper support. I cannot recommend this store.
First, let me these shirts are very nice. I did have an issue reaching customer service when I wanted to do an exchange, but after a bad review on Trust Pilot, Tokyo-Tiger contacted me and made it right. I'm going to give them the benefit of the doubt on why they appeared not to see my communications. I do recommend them, but try to order the right size. I found the classic tees smaller than the washed ones, so I took a size larger in the classic.
Pretty disappointed to be honest. We’ve bought about a dozen T shirts and have experienced the same issue with all of them. After washing the print fades quickly and begins to fall apart.
For such an expensive item you would expect the print to be a better quality.
I kind of wish I had read the reviews before I bought them as many people seem to have had the same problem.
I followed their exact instructions for requesting and exchange of merchandise. I've sent three emails so far to the correct customer service email address and have had zero response. Their washed tees are great, but do not trust their customer service.
Update: I received a nice reply from Tokyo-Tiger asking for more info so I'm adding it here. What follows are the 3 emails I sent and include the order number, dates and the problem I had.

The quality is inconsistent and shipping took a long time, as the items came from overseas. I spent $87 (including shipping) on shirts for Christmas gifts, ordering on December 6 and only receiving them on December 30. The t-shirts are not very soft and the quality is lacking. Out of the three shirts, one has faded significantly after just a few washes, raising concerns that the design will be completely gone after 8-10 washes. It has already lightened considerably after about 4-5 washes. The other two shirts are holding up slightly better in terms of printing. Additionally, the printed cardigan is quite disappointing, made from a cheap, pilly, static-prone material. While the designs are appealing, I wouldn't recommend spending money at this seller again.
The shirt I received has fantastic quality and features a great graphic print. However, the reason for my moderate rating is the shipping delays. It took a complete 2 months for the shirt to arrive from overseas. If you can be patient, this would easily be a 5-star review.
I ordered a T-shirt for Christmas and opted for expedited delivery. It still hasn't arrived, and I'm unable to get a refund. They've suggested a 10% refund if I accept it when it finally shows up, which is absurd since it's already January 4th.
The visuals are fantastic and align perfectly with my creative side. Additionally, the quality of the t-shirts and caps is impressive and meets high standards. Moreover, the shipping was quick, allowing me to wrap the gifts in time for my partner on Christmas day.
The quality of this cardigan is the worst I have ever encountered. I can't believe they are asking £30 for something I would barely value at £5. It's very thin, has poor print quality, unfinished stitching, and an odd shape. I'm giving it 2 stars only because it arrived, though I wish it hadn't. Returning it isn't worth it since the return cost to overseas is exorbitant. Best to steer clear.
