I followed their exact instructions for requesting and exchange of merchandise. I've sent three emails so far to the correct customer service email address and have had zero response. Their washed tees are great, but do not trust their customer service.
Update: I received a nice reply from Tokyo-Tiger asking for more info so I'm adding it here. What follows are the 3 emails I sent and include the order number, dates and the problem I had.

Ignore them until the 30 days of your return policy have elapsed? Please respond to my request for exchange as your classic tees are smaller than the washed ones. Thank you.
