I've sent numerous emails and left multiple voicemails, yet they refuse to respond. I've tried contacting various emails listed on their website and even reached out to the owner through another business email I discovered online. All I wanted was a payout balance. After being ignored, I even offered to pay the maximum legal interest rate, but that was also disregarded. I informed them of my intent to rescind the contract due to their lack of response, giving them a deadline for today, but still nothing. They seem to have plenty of time to harass those struggling with payments, yet can't manage to handle their business professionally. I plan to seek full rescission in small claims court under consumer protection laws, report the excessive interest to the authorities, and notify regulators as needed. I will also pursue costs on a full indemnity basis.
