Extremely disappointing experience with this service.

This service has been nothing short of terrible. I borrowed money, repaid everything promptly, including their additional fees, yet the very next day I received messages claiming they had not received my payment. Despite providing proof of payment, I was met with threats and harassment demanding an additional $150, even after showing them clear evidence of my payments. They disregarded the proof I submitted, which included bank withdrawal pictures. Their understanding of the laws in Ontario seems non-existent, and their customer service is rude and unhelpful. Phone calls went unanswered, and whenever I sought updates, they showed no concern. As time went on, their harassment intensified while they ignored my proof and continued to demand money. I've decided to stop all communication, which only seems to anger them more. Reading other reviews, it’s clear they respond defensively to negative feedback. I strongly advise against borrowing from this service; there are better options available, and the stress they cause isn't worth it. I'm currently pursuing legal action against them for their misconduct and encourage others to do the same, as they are a scam. I wish I could rate them with zero stars.

Lack of professionalism and response

I have sent multiple emails and left several voicemails, but they continue to ignore me. I've tried reaching out to the addresses listed on their website, those from their promotional emails, and the ones in the contracts, even attempting to contact the owner through another business email. All I've asked for is a payout balance. After being ignored, I offered to pay the maximum legal interest rate, which was also disregarded. I informed them of my intention to rescind the contract due to their lack of response, setting a deadline for today, but I remain ignored. They seem to have plenty of time to harass those struggling with payments, yet they cannot run their business professionally. I plan to seek full rescission in small claims court under consumer protection laws and report the excessive interest to the authorities.

I've already paid back nearly $3,000, yet they continue to withdraw funds from my account without consent, often on days when I have no money, resulting in repeated NSF fees. Just this past weekend, they withdrew from my account multiple times, incurring additional fees. This feels targeted and abusive. I am a single mother trying to provide for my two sons, and their harassment adds to my stress. They contact me incessantly, even reaching out to my child through social media. This isn't customer service; it's harassment. I urge anyone considering this company to think twice.

Steer clear of this company! I followed their instructions to pay out early, yet they continue to harass me for more money. They constantly threaten legal action and even claim they will contact my employer and family. I will be reporting them immediately!

Terrible company

This company is terrible. Contact the appropriate authorities; they will investigate them. Record your conversations and ask if their harassment will stop. If not, you can legally pursue action against them, as they must follow the rules regardless of any outstanding payments.

Truly one of the worst experiences...

Truly one of the worst experiences I've had with a lending company. They harass you constantly, and if you miss a payment, they threaten legal action instead of working toward a solution.

If negative stars were an option…

If negative stars were possible, I would choose that. Stay away from these predatory lenders at all costs. They show no respect for payday loan regulations in the area and frequently violate them, calling multiple times a day from different numbers. I regret ever doing business with them.
