I lived in one of their properties for three months, which had unlicensed rooms and non-functional internet, despite claims to the contrary. The property manager was condescending and ineffective. I've heard from new tenants that issues persist, with the same dismissive responses. The property wasn't legally registered, causing problems with banks and other services. Overall, it’s not worth your time or money, and there are ongoing maintenance issues.
