I had a fantastic experience from beginning to end. Stayed in one of their shared accommodations and it was wonderful. Everything was efficiently managed, any issues were resolved promptly, and communication was effective. I have no complaints whatsoever and would highly recommend.

I stayed in the property for just over a year, and any concerns I raised were handled and resolved very quickly. I would definitely consider using their services again if needed. The staff were very helpful and always replied to my messages. The property was clean and well-maintained.
The response time was very poor. We had been reaching out since July 7th, and only got a viewing for one of the multiple properties we were interested in on July 16th. We applied the next day but didn’t hear back until July 31st, when they informed us another application was accepted. While it's understandable that they chose another applicant, the delay in communication was frustrating, especially since we expressed interest in other properties. After sending inquiries about additional properties, we received no further responses. It seemed like there was a lack of support when their admin staff was unavailable. Although we finally spoke to a representative who promised to follow up, we haven't heard anything since August 7th. We ended up finding accommodation elsewhere, which was a relief given the challenging communication with them.
I have collaborated with the representative for many years and can confirm he always responds promptly. He has a strong work ethic and conducts himself professionally. He is friendly and approachable. During our time working together, I have never encountered any form of discrimination. I would definitely recommend him.
The management and landlord are extremely unprofessional. I experienced issues with my rent and deposit, and the living conditions were unacceptable. I was wrongfully accused of bullying after requesting clean behavior from another tenant. The representative refused to investigate or assist, resulting in severe inconvenience. I had to find alternative accommodation, which was a relief given the poor communication and management.
