The product is outstanding, particularly the wagyu burgers. However, some packages lacked written information, and there’s no indication on the website about gluten content. While some items are marked as gluten-free, others do not provide details, which is a concern for certain family members. To make matters worse, I did not receive a response to my email sent through the website. I'm disappointed with the customer support.
