Disappointing. I have bought and eaten Iberico, Mangaliza and several British rare breeds. This loin was just like an average pork - quite good colour but no marbling. Cooked pink it tasted just OK. The "Pork Belly" was expensive streaky bacon without the curing, only fit for crisping up and rendering for oil. And the pork chops were again just OK, white with no iberico colour or marbling
