The product is excellent, with delicious wagyu burgers. However, I noticed that some packages lacked written information, and there’s no mention on the website regarding gluten content. While some items are clearly labeled as gluten-free, others provide no information, which poses a risk for certain family members. Additionally, I was disappointed that my email to the support team went unanswered. Overall, I'm let down by the customer service.
