After one month on the basic plan: * I can do all the exercises, maybe not perfectly yet, but many were seriously impossible which made me feel pathetic. I got there using the regressions, I had doubts they would work - I was wrong. It's hard to believe how rapid the improvements have been.* Pain levels have slumped.* I'm going to be mindful to keep doing the exercises even when they feel easy - it would be a huge mistake to think I don't need them anymore. I really like this system, it's very well designed and actually makes me feel engaged with it.
