I have purchased SMM (Simplistic Mobility Method) and SPF (Shoulder Posture Fix) from Tom and Jenni and the team.
The resources have been so incredibly useful. They have taught me how to manage my chronic stress, and have made me stronger, more flexible, and overall just feel better!
Tom and Jenni are both active in the Facebook group, answering questions, pointing people to the right videos. The free follow along videos on YouTube are outstanding, and representative of the kind of quality to expect from the paid memberships.

The Simplistic Mobility Method from Tom Morrison and friends is an absolutely awesome program. First I subscribed to a weekly mini program before committing and felt huge improvement in the way I moved. I have been happily using SMM and other programs from Tom Morrison for a few years now.
At various times I had low back pain, shoulder impingement, sciatica. After getting SMM and training for a while I was able to learn how my body reacts and moves. I learned what works best so that when the worst pain comes back I know what to do.
Toms and his team interact with people all the time. Any questions get answered and often talked about in a new video.
It’s an amazing program for office workers and athletes, for young and older people. Anyone that can move should move in the right way. SMM shows you that right way .
After one month on the basic plan:
* I can do all the exercises, maybe not perfectly yet, but many were seriously impossible which made me feel pathetic. I got there using the regressions, I had doubts they would work - I was wrong. It's hard to believe how rapid the improvements have been.
* Pain levels have slumped.
* I'm going to be mindful to keep doing the exercises even when they feel easy - it would be a huge mistake to think I don't need them anymore.
I really like this system, it's very well designed and actually makes me feel engaged with it.

The simplistic mobility method by Tom Morrison has been a life saver. I suffered a bad back and hips for years, daily pain then 3-4 times a year it would go completely and I wouldn’t be able to walk. I’ve been doing SMM now for 6 months and I was pain free after the first week. Not had an issue in 6 months. Not only that, but my mobility, flexibility and strength has all improved greatly. I’ve noticed a huge difference on my hikes. No more achy legs, knees and shoulders, and no jelly leg on the way down ☺️. SMM will always be a part of my life now. The team are also fantastic! Tom and Jenny and amazing and fun and make you feel like life isn’t so dull when you do have a flare up. It’s always fixable. I love reading their blogs and posts and watching their videos. Very entertaining but educational as well. It’s taught me to look after myself and has given me the motivation to look into my overall health and longevity. This has led to eating healthier, strength training, going barefoot and wanting the best for me and my body. Simply amazing. Thank you ☺️
I bought Simplistic Mobility Method around a year ago. It increased mobility quickly. Paid reduced significantly from a bulging disc. I'm hypermobile and have found the added advice for 'bendy wendys' really helpful. I'll continue to use for the rest of my days.
If you're aware that no program is an overnight fix...If you're ready and committed to making your life better as you age...... then you're ready to make SMM, and Tom Morrison and crew a part of your life. I discovered Tom and SMM as I suffered niggling tight hips and associated back pain.But after I severed my quadriceps tendon, and faced a year of rehab, I knew it was time to commit to the program. Now, 165 sessions later (one every 2-3 days) I'm fully recovered from the injury, and more flexible, strong , and fit than I've been in decades. Slow and steady wins the race (or at least staves off broken hips from falling). There's an old saying that the best time to plant a tree is 20 years ago, and the second best time is today. I have had sciatica and lower back pain for about 18 years, some days pain was 8-9/10, this was exacerbated by two unplanned Caesarian ops! I had been experiencing pain for a long time (been told I have a high pain tolerance as had a conversation with a surgeon whilst having a ruptured ectopic pregnancy) began to think this would be my life forever, menopause with joint pain added to the sciatica, now all but gone! Doing SMM massively changed my understanding of my body. Tom, Jenni, JP, Lindsey & Shannon are great! I also have been doing strong vinyasa flow yoga and yin regularly 3 times a week for 3yrs before I started SMM recommended by an instructor who does vinyasa and movement classes (thank you M). Great program, pay once, have it forever, great community support, people’s questions are listened to and responses are quick, supportive, range of movements to work through which take time to understand why they need to be done the way they are, all have regressions or super regressions which make it accessible, people doing SMM program all ages, young and old, who have disc injuries, arthritis, back pain, knee issues, hip, injuries, scoliosis and they do it, regaining movement and strength, all levels of ability can move too, so I say try it! Give it time, patience, understand the your body, move, wiggle, breath, have a laugh too, and you will see a difference! Everyone does, honest!! There are some reviews who have tried it for a short time. I too had tried it and then stopped. It wasn’t until I went back to it, applied it consistently that I saw the difference, your body needs that time, it needs you to listen! I am also doing SPF program and going through January Mobility Reset, which is great! I no longer wake up in agony!
