I have had sciatica and lower back pain for about 18 years, some days pain was 8-9/10, this was exacerbated by two unplanned Caesarian ops! I had been experiencing pain for a long time (been told I have a high pain tolerance as had a conversation with a surgeon whilst having a ruptured ectopic pregnancy) began to think this would be my life forever, menopause with joint pain added to the sciatica, now all but gone! Doing SMM massively changed my understanding of my body. Tom, Jenni, JP, Lindsey & Shannon are great! I also have been doing strong vinyasa flow yoga and yin regularly 3 times a week for 3yrs before I started SMM recommended by an instructor who does vinyasa and movement classes (thank you M). Great program, pay once, have it forever, great community support, people’s questions are listened to and responses are quick, supportive, range of movements to work through which take time to understand why they need to be done the way they are, all have regressions or super regressions which make it accessible, people doing SMM program all ages, young and old, who have disc injuries, arthritis, back pain, knee issues, hip, injuries, scoliosis and they do it, regaining movement and strength, all levels of ability can move too, so I say try it! Give it time, patience, understand the your body, move, wiggle, breath, have a laugh too, and you will see a difference! Everyone does, honest!! There are some reviews who have tried it for a short time. I too had tried it and then stopped. It wasn’t until I went back to it, applied it consistently that I saw the difference, your body needs that time, it needs you to listen! I am also doing SPF program and going through January Mobility Reset, which is great! I no longer wake up in agony!
