Extremely disappointing customer support. I recently ordered some shoes and realized I had selected the wrong size. I reached out to the support team, but they informed me that they couldn't make any changes. I called customer service, and despite the shoes not being dispatched yet, they refused to modify the order. Very unsatisfactory experience, and I won't shop through their website again.
