I ordered a pair of shorts. I had previously bought a pair so I knew the quality and fit were good. Slowish delivery from the Netherlands to the UK, but nothing surprising. Except they weren’t delivered after all. Yesterday’s Royal Mail message confirming a delivery window changed to "you haven’t collected them, so they are being sent back". What a waste of time.
