I received used and dirty pair of trainers as if they were new. I went to TH website ( a supposedly genuine and safe site) to order a pair of lovely trainers which I received today, but to my disappointment and shock, I was sent a used and dirty bunch. After contacting their customer care, the best they could offer was a return and refund that would take 15 working days or thereabouts before the refund would reflect into account. I the customer should wait that long for my money, even though the error was not from my side. How is that a fair and just trade??? I certainly didn’t expect this from a brand like TH.
