I had a disappointing experience with customer support after ordering some shoes. I realized I had selected the wrong size and reached out to the support team for assistance. They informed me that they couldn't make any changes. I then called customer service, and even though the shoes hadn't been shipped yet, they still refused to modify my order. Overall, this experience was frustrating, and I won't be purchasing from this website again.
