I attempted to buy a jacket on sale at a retailer during what I assumed was a Black Friday promotion (around €189). However, when I tried to check out, the website malfunctioned, preventing me from completing my purchase. The next day, I filled out an email form to explain the issue, but I only received an automated response about an item in my shopping bag. By then, the discount had disappeared, and the jacket returned to full price. I also tried the website chat multiple times, but every attempt resulted in a wait of over 4 hours with no replies. Days later, I still hadn't received a response to my contact form. Eventually, I reached someone in chat after a 3-hour wait; the representative acknowledged the problem but stated they couldn’t assist me. Conveniently, the glitch only occurred when the item was discounted, and now that it’s back to full price, everything works fine. As a longtime customer, this experience has been incredibly disappointing. The lack of support and unwillingness to help has truly changed my perception of the brand. I will be exploring other brands from now on.
