Review Time
I had an exceptional experience with customer service on two occasions in the past few days. Although I rarely write reviews, the outstanding assistance I received truly deserves recognition in today's fast-paced world. On Sunday, I briefly visited the shop, which was incredibly busy. I inquired about a black beanie that wasn't on display, and a staff member kindly offered to check the warehouse, returning with one for me. Later, I realized I had mistakenly purchased the wrong size jackets. When I called on Tuesday, I was assisted by a very friendly representative named Helena. She checked for my size but found it unavailable. However, she promised to follow up and later informed me that one jacket was indeed available. I quickly responded that I would stop by, as I was in the area. When I arrived to check out, I was pleasantly surprised to find that Helena had personally brought down my jacket. The checkout process was enjoyable, with all staff members being so friendly and engaging. You all are wonderful representatives for the company. Best wishes.
I recently attempted to buy a jacket on sale at a well-known retailer (around €189 during what I believe was a Black Friday promotion). However, when I tried to check out, the website encountered a glitch that prevented me from completing the transaction. The following day, I submitted an email through their website detailing the issue. Instead of a helpful reply, I received only an automated message reminding me of an item left in my shopping bag. By that time, the discount had disappeared and the jacket returned to its full price. I also tried reaching out via the website chat multiple times, but every attempt resulted in a wait of over 4 hours, and I never got a response. Days passed with no reply to my earlier message through their contact form either. Today, I finally managed to connect with someone through chat (after waiting about 3 hours). The representative acknowledged the problem but stated they couldn’t assist me. Interestingly, the “glitch” only occurred while the item was discounted, and now that it's back to full price, the website functions perfectly. As a long-time customer of this brand, this entire experience has been very disappointing. The lack of support and reluctance to assist has genuinely altered my perception of the brand. I will certainly consider other options moving forward.

Conveniently, the glitch only occurred when the item was discounted, and now that it’s back to full price, everything works fine. As a longtime customer, this experience has been incredibly disappointing. The lack of support and unwillingness to help has truly changed my perception of the brand. I will be exploring other brands from now on.
The polo shirts sold by a retailer are excessively short. I’m 5.7 feet tall and a size XXL, and when I raise my arms, my belly button is visible. Many less expensive polos are now better made and cut than these overpriced items. It's a waste of money. The brands involved should be ashamed for offering such poor quality.
Earlier this year, I purchased a polo shirt that was supposed to be high quality. After just one wash and drying on a hanger, both sleeves developed holes! This is shocking for such a manufacturer. I struggled all day with customer service to make a claim, only to be told that my case wasn’t due to the manufacturer. This is utterly ridiculous, especially as a valued customer.
I had a very negative experience at a store today. I selected a pair of shorts, but at the register, the price was higher than what was advertised on the tag. I was told the tag was incorrect, implying a deliberate mistake. After unnecessary persistence surrounded by staff, the 'manager' finally agreed to honor the advertised price. This situation was entirely avoidable.
I ordered two jumpers for store collection, and after 8 days, I received an email to collect them. In the meantime, I purchased jumpers elsewhere due to the delay. Why did it take so long? Are they shipped from another country? I emailed customer service for a refund but received no reply. When I called the store, they insisted I come in person for a refund, which is pointless.
Today, I wanted to buy trainers for a party tonight. I checked online and saw they were in stock at a location. I placed an order for in-store pickup and received a confirmation email. When I arrived, I found out they were shipping the item from another country. They had the item in-store but wouldn’t release it due to separate online operations. This is not how retail should work. Very poor customer experience.
I experienced poor customer service. I paid for express delivery but received standard shipping instead. I ordered shoes that arrived after five days, only to find they were the wrong size. I'm still waiting for a refund. I ordered again, thinking mistakes happen, but faced the same issues. I advise staying away; the online chat representatives are very rude.
