Returns and time frame proces extremely slow!Ordered jacket. Had to send it back as size didn't fit. Waiting over 2 weeks now and return parcel hasn't even arrived back in their depot. Then you have to wait another 8 to 10 days to process your refund so you could be waiting up to a month to get your money back. Not worth it.
