As with everyone else on this site - Lewis was absolutely terrific. Kind, knowledgeable and friendly. I explained my extreme phobia about rodents (I can't even look at a picture of a mouse or rat) and he couldn't have been more understanding. My only quibble with this company is the pricing, which is very unclear. When I was looking, this company was much cheaper than others. They talked about second (and even third) visits but the fact that it's another £100 for the second visit must have been in very very tiny print. Basically, they cost even more for two visits than the original site I looked at. I also didn't appreciate being chased for the second payment less than an hour after Lewis left - I hadn't even received the invoice yet. I still think it was worth it though - just for the service Lewis gives
