I paid £179 for mice infestation on Jan 21. He was here for literally 20 mins saying he’d blocked the holes and laid down poison and tracking powder. The problem continued with mice and now rats! I’ve paid a secondary pest control company to come out who took down all the kick boards and checked under the stairs and then checked the whole house. They found NO TRACE of poison or large holes that were filled ( 2 small ones were filled. One small hole had the concrete wire that you can get from the shop/amazon and a piece of wood that had been chewed through. I can’t believe they found that no poison had been laid! So what did I pay at £179 for? For green powder to be sprinkled under the cupboards to track the mice?! You can buy this on Amazon I have since been told. I am calling my bank to dispute the payment. I was so glad I never paid the second instalment and did more of the same rubbish treatment. When I called them to tell them the problem was still ongoing, they told me that I’d have to pay for the first and treatment AGAIN and then the second instalment for them to come out! Disgusting. I’m 6 months pregnant and off sick and used the baby’s money to pay for a treatment that I did not get. As I said no poison was laid reports the second company. Avoid this company like the plague! Hire if you want to dance in green powder on your floor but if you actually want to eliminate pests - don’t bother! Awful. Even 1 star is too good. Miss King

rude staff no understanding of situation hidden costs no mention of second payment i have huge phobia of rodents and he was just amused laughing at me.i would never recommend this company there is no customer care just give me the money

The incompetence of this person that…

The incompetence of this person that came to resolve an issues is beyond any reasonable logic. He came to remove an intruder to my home no equipment, no understanding of the problem . He left after five minutes saying we had an intruder in the house . Stay away from this company as they say they provider a solution but in fact they only thing they provide is incompetence and lies .

And as a person who is fastidious on being competent in your role, it has frustrated me to no end causing me anxiety and stress to watch this bunch of amateurs do their business.I will review this company.Firstly the woman who manages the place “Lee Anne” well what can I say, just a rude mouth piece spruking rubbish propaganda, and using every little trick under the sun not to take responsibility. We hired this pest control company to deal with a bedbug issue in a bedroom of our 5-star rated Airbnb property. What followed was a complete failure of service on four separate occasions. Despite assurances that the problem had been resolved, guests continued to report bites, and bedbugs were repeatedly found in the room.Each treatment was followed by another infestation, showing a clear lack of thoroughness, proper follow-up, or effective treatment. Their inability to solve the issue has now cost us over $10,000 in lost bookings, refunds, professional cleaning, and replacement of bedding and furniture — not to mention the damage to our hard-earned reputation as a premium short-term rental provider.Even more disappointing was their refusal to acknowledge any responsibility. There was no accountability, no offer of compensation, and no meaningful customer support, they even tried to blame it on another infestation absolutely laughable. We were left to deal with the consequences of their incompetence while they continued to insist their treatments were effective — clearly ignoring the evidence to the contrary.If you operate a business or rely on your property for income, stay away from this company. Their service was not only ineffective, it was negligent — and the financial impact on our business has been significant. I have started an investigation with QCAT and have lodged a claim with my insurance company. This company needs to be blacklisted immediately.

Issue resolved

After a very unsatisfactory first visit and my bad review, the company sent a second technician who was more thorough and finished the job satisfactorily and we have had no further problems.

Hiccups at first but been rectified

Few hiccups with the first technician. another technician was sent out and the issue was rectified with a proper survey report.The second technician, Steve was professional and listened to my concerns.If I need them again, I would right away ask for this technician.

I would have given them 5 stars bc the first two visits, the technician were excellent. alas, since their treatment failed before our warranty expired, they said our warranty was shorter than it actually is therefore is invalid. then when we showed them proof they haven’t returned our calls… and it’s been over a week.
