Lewis was very amenable and went the extra mile from the start - giving me a courtesy call an hour in advance, and doing such a thorough job once he was onsite that made me conclude I had made the right choice with Tom’s Pest Control.He cleaned out the kitchen cupboards where there was rodent activity, found and blocked holes where they were coming through and checked and cleaned underneath the cupboards, before disinfecting and putting baits/traps. He also checked other rooms (shower room, utility room, bedrooms, living room) for rodent activity and put baits as required. His professionalism, knowledge and care for my property was very commendable, and he also sent me a report (even though it was Christmas Eve!). To cap it all, he agreed to come back again to see how things were going.Having had varying experiences with tradesmen, I must say Lewis epitomised great customer service and did Tom’s Pest Control proud. I’m so glad I went with them and have definitely saved their details as my go-to-persons for pest control and cannot recommend them highly enough.I don’t normally give 5 stars for anything, but my experience with Lewis was much more than I’d hoped for - a great testament to his professionalism and performance.
