I have been using Tom’s Studio Lumos for many years and only recently the Wren. When I started using the Lumos I gave up using all other pens. I have always wanted to write in ink and purchased heavily Diamine and Tom’sStudio inks. The pens are practical to use easy to maintain and frankly a joy to use with their interchangeable nibs. I love the idea of using glass capsules to store the nibs and reservoirs. The new Wren makes it all the more easy to carry in the pocket, an EDC pen. These pens are well thought out and professionally made. I have in fact given many away as birthday and Christmas gifts. Keep up the good work Tom’s Studio!

The idea for Tom's business came from watching his wife Gemma use a plastic mass-produced calligraphy pen which he felt didn't match the quality of her beautiful work. With his background in furniture and product design which he studied at university and his experience of working in a blacksmith's forge, he decided to make her a better pen that she would love using every day.See more
