I had an issue with an incomplete delivery on items I had ordered. I had an online chat with Rachel today and subsequently spoke to Alison who called me at home within minutes. It was very positive and both ladies were sympathetic to my complaint. An issue with the website was identified and I was immediately offered apologies and a substantial discount and new items have been dispatched. Very good customer service and many thanks.George.
