I purchased this device at a high price and with active services, yet it becomes unusable with Wi-Fi issues. Despite multiple resets and following procedures, the problems persist. Support acknowledged the software fault but offered no solution or timeline, and my warranty is nearing expiration. Disappointing for a premium product.
