My Tonal froze yesterday with an #15 error message. I rebooted/reset the app and rebooted again to no avail so I was forced to call the Support line. We have less than 60 total workouts between me and my wife as we often use our Peloton bike (which has been flawless for over 4 years) and I go to a local gym as well. So after 18 months I am being told I need an entirely new Tonal installed (no troubleshooting whatsoever) for $900. This is clearly a software issue (as we can see the main screen) which should be able to be fixed remotely. What a joke.
