One star is too generous for this fraudulent company. We purchased a set of cartridges for our printer, and they simply do not function. They instructed us to run a cleaning, blaming our printer for the issue. After cleaning the nozzles, the problem persisted. When we requested a refund, they denied our request, despite their website stating refunds are available within 31 days. We then bought original cartridges from a different supplier, which worked flawlessly. I highly recommend avoiding any dealings with this company to prevent disappointment.
