One star is too generous for this fraudulent service. We purchased a set of cartridges for our printer, and they were non-functional. They instructed us to perform cleaning, claiming the issue was with our printer. We cleaned the nozzles, but it made no difference. When we requested a refund, they denied our request, despite their website clearly stating they offer refunds within 31 days. We subsequently bought original cartridges from another retailer, and they work flawlessly. I highly recommend avoiding any dealings with this service to prevent disappointment.

Extremely disappointing experience

Extremely disappointing experience. They sold me cartridges that are incompatible with my printer. They suggested cleaning the nozzle, which I did, but they still do not work. Original cartridges operate perfectly. When I sought a refund, they refused. Stay away from this seller; it feels like a scam.

Terrible product and service quality

They provided a toner that my printer rejected. They insisted that I pay to return it for a 'fix.' They claimed my printer had upgraded, causing the cartridge chip to malfunction. In urgent need of toner, I purchased one from another supplier, which worked flawlessly. Despite the Fair Trading Act requiring them to refund my payment, they continue to refuse.

No stars would suffice as a rating

No stars would suffice as a rating. It's clear why over 80% of reviews are one-star and share the same complaints (rude, aggressive, and unhelpful staff member, argumentative, does not listen, and then hangs up on customers!). The defective product is something we now prefer to discard rather than deal with such appalling service. I would love to know who runs this company and if they even care!

Avoid this company at all costs

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY! Be sure to read all the one-star reviews; there are very good reasons for them! The staff don’t listen, talk over you, and have no qualms about using offensive language when you question their demands. When I asked to speak to a manager, I was told, 'I AM THE MANAGER,' and my calls were hung up. Well done on your hiring, company; make sure to vet your staff carefully.

Beware, this customer service hangs up!

Warning! Avoid this company if you want to buy compatible cartridges! I recently purchased replacement ink and faced significant issues. My printer now displays a cartridge fault message, leaving me with no option but to buy genuine cartridges or a new printer. When I called the support center for assistance, I encountered an offensive representative who insisted the problem was not with the cartridges. As I tried to explain my issue, she interrupted me multiple times and ultimately hung up. This company deserves zero stars; I will be pursuing a refund, but I doubt I will succeed.

Defective cartridge experience

I was recently sold a defective cartridge, and when I reached out to the company for assistance, they were dismissive and rude. Even after providing evidence, they refused to help. I cannot recommend this company at all; I would give zero stars if possible.

Satisfactory resolution in the end

It took over a week to receive my compatible ink cartridges, but they work well. I had a pleasant interaction with a friendly and helpful representative over the phone.

Regret not checking reviews first

I should have checked reviews before purchasing. The delivery was slow, and now the toner is faulty. Even though I have the purchase receipt, I received the product only two days ago, and after following their suggested remedies, I find myself out of pocket as they have ceased communication. It's worth paying a little extra for a reliable product, which is what I have since done.
