No stars would suffice as a rating. It's clear why over 80% of reviews are one-star and share the same complaints (rude, aggressive, and unhelpful staff member, argumentative, does not listen, and then hangs up on customers!). The defective product is something we now prefer to discard rather than deal with such appalling service. I would love to know who runs this company and if they even care!
