Bought a 3 pack of 63XL Black, never thought to open as had plenty in the printer. No invoice etc in box. Have bought from them many times before with no problem. Opened today and found 1x63XL Black and two different type smaller ones. Rang up, can’t do anything without an order number, then she started yelling over the top of me and wouldn’t listen, told her to shut up so I could get a word in, but wouldn’t and didn’t like being to shut up. She finally hung up on me. Husband rang back, same thing, talking over the top and not wanting to listen.Would never buy from them again, just rude and arrogant.
