Website says 99% of orders shipped the same day. Still waiting after 18 days. Phoned them and was told they are too busy to talk and deal with the issue?! Then when I said I would contact my credit card company and tell them to process the transaction as a fraudulent transaction - they said they would do it today. Will see... There are tons of other toner places - go elsewhere. Not worth it.
