I made a purchase in May 2025, and the first replacement was necessary because they altered my brother's likeness significantly using AI, though I received that replacement fairly quickly. However, by September 9, 2025, the pendant had discolored. I contacted customer service via social media and was assured I would receive a replacement. The seller even sent me a link to leave a positive review, and feeling encouraged by the customer service, I gave a five-star rating. When I followed up on September 26, after the promised week had passed, I was told to wait. I reached out again on October 3, still without my replacement, and didn't receive a response until October 11, when I was told I would receive a tracking number in four days. After waiting until October 25, I contacted them again, still no pendant. They asked if I used WhatsApp, which I don’t, and mentioned someone would work on my order soon. I was then asked to resend my brother’s image and information and was told my pendant was finished, receiving a picture of it. They requested my address again for shipping. I waited until November 14 to inquire once more, and was promised a tracking number the next day, which never came. On November 26, I received another video showing my brother's pendant supposedly being prepared for shipping. By December 4, I asked if I would receive my pendant before Christmas due to the long wait, and received a vague assurance but was asked about WhatsApp again. I am extremely disappointed with the customer service and the prolonged wait. This pendant is a memorial for my brother, who passed away in February 2025. I cannot recommend this service and will not order from them again.
