•On June 11, the seller contacted me, asking me to withdraw my dispute through the payment service, promising to send a new one.
•On July 19, I received a new pendant that I liked, despite it not being the engraved one I ordered, but at least it had my brother's image.
•By September 9, I had to contact them again because the pendant was already discoloring. I sent a photo of the issue and was told I didn't need to return it for a replacement or refund. The seller asked me to leave a five-star review, which I did, thinking I'd receive good service based on their quick initial response.
•On September 11, I was informed that my replacement would be sent out the following week.
•On September 26, I reached out again to check on the shipment, but was only informed that it was still pending.
•On October 3, I followed up again, having received no updates. I finally got a response on October 11, stating I'd receive my replacement in four days and a tracking number.
•From October 23-25, I reached out again since it was past the promised timeframe.
•On October 25, I received a response asking if I used WhatsApp, which I don’t, and was told to be patient as they had many orders. I reminded them of my ongoing wait and they requested my brother's photo and shipping info again.
•On October 30, I received a picture of what they claimed was the replacement pendant, but it looked very similar to the last one.
•On November 14, I contacted them again and was told on November 18 that I would get a tracking number.
•On November 20, I followed up due to not receiving the tracking number, and on November 21, I was told it would be done within a week, despite having previously been told it was ready.
•On November 26, I received another video of a pendant that appeared ready to ship.
•On November 29, I inquired again about the ongoing delays for the replacement.
•On December 4, I finally received a brief reply.
•On December 11, I asked if I would get my pendant before Christmas and was assured I would, along with another request for my WhatsApp info.
•By December 18, I was fed up and deleted my previous review, only to receive a message claiming my pendant was being shipped. After mentioning the negative review, I was sent another repeated image of the pendant. I made it clear I would only remove the negative reviews once I received my replacement.
•On December 19, I was told it had shipped, along with a video of the package being prepared. The seller claimed no other sellers would have given me three warranties, despite never receiving any.
•On December 20, I was asked why I hadn't changed my review; I replied that I had deleted it. The seller then begged me for a good review, to which I responded that I hadn’t received my replacement after four months of waiting. The reply was simply to keep waiting.
Sorry for the lengthy account; I just wanted to share my frustrating experience with this seller and their unprofessionalism. The fact that not leaving a five-star review led to such poor treatment is unbelievable.
