Extremely Disappointed with Customer Service

I reached out to the support team via email regarding my order, and I still haven't received a response. This is the only way to contact them! I strongly advise against purchasing from this company. After weeks of waiting, I have nothing to show for it but a disappointed child. My son missed out on his main Christmas gift because of this service, and they are still holding onto my money. With his birthday approaching, I’m unable to buy him anything after the holiday expenses, which would have been possible if I had received my refund. Now, he might miss out on his birthday present as well, all due to the poor customer service and their failure to process my refund for an item I never received. I ordered on November 26, but the bundle I paid for never arrived. I followed up multiple times, and although it was eventually sent, the delivery service returned it because they couldn’t deliver it. I contacted them for a refund, and after much persistence, they informed me that I would need to wait up to four weeks for it. It’s been four weeks since the item was returned, and I still have not received my money back. We didn’t return it; the delivery service did, and none of that was our fault. They didn’t even attempt to deliver it to our address, and it took an unreasonable amount of time for the company to dispatch it! It’s unacceptable that they are holding £105 of my money for a product I never received. This situation is completely unfair and unethical, and I deserve to have my money refunded promptly.
