Currently on my second box, had to get the first replaced under warranty - customer service was very helpful and quick to respond, but now my replacement has just stopped working, well over a week I still haven’t had a response to my ticket, got an email to say they’re busy and reply if I still need help, that was a week ago tomorrow.
Expect for the no responses and the fact the unit just stopped working - we love our tonies box and it’s used every night for bed time and every morning for dancing so we are really missing it!
