I received the Tonie box and related items from a recent sale, but unfortunately, the Tonie box didn't function at all right from the start. I attempted to reach out to the support team for assistance and submitted a request for help. After waiting a week without any response, I opted to return the item and was fortunate enough to purchase another Tonie box from a different retailer. Regarding the return, I didn't receive any updates on the tracking for six weeks, and I finally got a refund of £67, even though I originally paid £75.99, without any explanation for the discrepancy. There seems to be no way to contact the support team, as I haven't heard back from my last two inquiries. I definitely won't be purchasing from this company again.
