Item ordered 12th May. Site quotes 'Delivery in 3 days'Finally received - after much chasing and pestering - on 27th June, exactly 7 weeks after placing the order.Had to cancel and rearrange my bathroom fitter as a result.I expected a better service when ordering a £1,500 item.Also please take note - you will be charged 20% customs duty in addition as it comes from overseas.The item itself was fine but if I'd been more aware of the duty payable I could have sourced the same item locally for the same (total) price I paid. Lesson learned. Will definitely not deal with this company again.
