Review Time
Despite advertising the product (Roca Ona e-bidet) as in stock, it turns out it wasn't and took around 3 weeks to be delivered as it came from Spain. Then 4 weeks after fitting, the product developed an issue. When I contacted Roca UK they wouldn't do anything as they do not sell that particular product in the UK, and said it must have been sourced from abroad. After many emails, Tooleta agreed to have the product returned so it could be checked by Roca in the country they sourced it from (no idea where, but I had to return it to Ljubljana, Slovenia!). That was 3 weeks ago, and whilst they have confirmed receipt of the returned item, I have yet to hear what is happening - whether I am getting a repaired item or replacement. I will need to begin legal action/credit card refund shortly if I still don't hear anything.

I ordered a Roca in wash a few days later I had heard little from the company. However, an email soon highlighted that the goods were on there way, with a guaranteed delivery date.I was given access to the tracking and the good arrived four days early.My overall experience was positive, good price good delivery and an excellent product.All that’s needed is a littlest more customer contact.I am very satisfied
I ordered a £3K Toto Washlet toilet from Tooleta at a good price. The team were very responsive to my email questions after the order was placed considering I'd never used them before and was a little apprehensive with such an expensive item. The item arrived within two weeks later and as as described. No damages and as specified.
£2k toilet delivered quickly, but unfortunately the ceramic was cracked. Initially they were very responsive to my emails/chat and promised a replacement would be shipped out. Then they went silent and I never received anything. Fortunately I had good records of all communications and so credit card chargeback was successful.
THIS IS A FRAUD COMPANY, I TOOK OUT A 5 YEAR WARRANTY WITH THEM ONLY TO FIND OUT FROM VITRA UK THIS WAS A SCAM. TOOALETA HAVE IGNORED ALL MY EMAILS AND HAVE A BOGUS NUMBER ON THERE WEBSITE. THEY HAVE NOW BEEN REPORTED TO THE POLICE AND VITRA UK ARE BANNING THEM FROM THERE UK PLATFORM. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
