Great provider when you think about the cost and how fast the speed is, however, there are a few things to consider before signing up with them.
1. The wait time to get started with the service can be pretty long. Not sure if this is still the case but I had to wait few months before joining.
2. Sometimes the connection drops, though it doesn't happen too often, though I suppose this is a common issue with most providers. In all fairness, Toob does send messages prior to major drops.
3. Getting in touch with customer service can be a hassle, and the process to reach them is quite tedious.
4. The slow response times are another big drawback I experienced and really needs to be addressed, as it can hurt a company's reputation, sales, and, most importantly, customer loyalty and retention.

The service has indeed dropped from my account multiple times since I became a member; I'm not making this up. If it's not appearing, it might be due to the fact that I haven't reached out to Toob. When this happens, I simply use my mobile as a hotspot and carry on with my tasks.
As it happens, I lost the service earlier today around 10:00 for few minutes.
Regarding communicating with Toob and getting response, I find the process to be quite tedious and laborious compared to other companies. Thanks
