The customer service here is the best I have ever had from a broadband provider. Natalie was really polite, friendly and so helpful. She did everything she could to help resolve my issue. Every time I have called Toob I have had an amazing service from them. No long wait times to speak to someone and the staff are all so knowledgeable and know exactly how to fix the issues. I had a terrible customer experience with the 4th utility which is why I moved and am so glad I did! 5 star service at Toob
