These manipulated candles led to forced liquidations for many users, myself included. I possess screenshots that demonstrate:
1. Abrupt fake spikes (pump/dump) unique to this platform.
2. After a short period, the candles were quietly adjusted.
3. The exchange acknowledged the problem but only refunded 5 USDT, despite the actual losses being much greater. This conduct suggests market manipulation, unfair trading practices, and a lack of transparency. I urge an official investigation into the exchange regarding:
- Generation of fake candles
- Market manipulation
- Causing user liquidations
- Misleading price information
