I am disappointed with the customer service experience on this platform. The support team was not able to address my concern properly and the responses I received were unclear and unhelpful. It felt like my issue was not fully understood or handled with urgency.
Customer service is very important, especially when users need assistance with their accounts or transactions. I hope the platform can improve its support quality and cs have more experience in crypto world, provide better training to their agents, and ensure concerns are resolved efficiently.
I have been given a 50 usdt bonus, took 1 trade and lost 1 usdt, after that the bonus magicall disapeared, i sent emails to support but nothing changed, i will not use this platform ever again or even thinking putting my money there
After their reply i did send them to customer support a clear screenshot where it shows that there is no bonus available. - Looks like more cheating than wanting to help - Avoid this exchange for peace of mind - Thats my experience - If they resolve the issue i am happy to update it here -

2. After a short period, the candles were quietly adjusted.

- Generation of fake candles
- Market manipulation
- Causing user liquidations
- Misleading price information

On 12/4/2025, I experienced excessive bot manipulation. I will not use this exchange again. On 12/5/2025, I updated my review regarding my experience. I discovered that whenever I used perpetual leverage, no matter the settings, the platform's algorithms would trigger my stop-loss, whether long or short. Even with conservative strategies, it didn't help. Moreover, after hitting the market sell and losing a considerable amount, I would later receive an email stating I was liquidated, which I can't comprehend. I have been successful with similar strategies on other exchanges. While I understand you can't win every trade, it seems like the platform's setup guarantees losses. I recommend avoiding this exchange.
