Initially, it wasn't delivered as promised, and I was told it was due to no one being home, which was incorrect. Today, it was delivered when no one was present and left on the porch, which was acceptable. However, the ends of the box were not secured well, causing the staples to slip out and break into pieces less than an inch long, with some having only four staples! Loading the stapler will be quite a challenge. 😡😕
