I stumbled upon this while searching for a dust collection box for a comparable model and couldn't resist the attractive price. The shipping and packaging were fair, and the delivery was prompt. This was my first experience with the service, and I am very happy with both the product and the support.
I spoke to a representative about what I thought was a missing parcel. It turned out it was here all along (my mistake!). The representative was incredibly friendly and helpful, sending pictures and emails to resolve the issue. I wish more customer service teams operated like this; nothing was too much trouble, and the representative was very professional!
Initially, it wasn't delivered as promised, and I was told it was due to no one being home, which was incorrect. Today, it was delivered when no one was present and left on the porch, which was acceptable. However, the ends of the box were not secured well, causing the staples to slip out and break into pieces less than an inch long, with some having only four staples! Loading the stapler will be quite a challenge. 😡😕
