I attempted to cancel my order, but the items shipped the next day. 2) I wanted to return them, but there was no free return option, and I had to pay around €15 for shipping back to the Netherlands. Despite multiple emails, the customer service refused to change their policy. 3) I found the prices were about 30% higher than other suppliers. This experience has left me frustrated.
