This is an absolute disaster. I have sent you 4 to 5 emails indicating that I do not want the package. I informed you 10 days ago that I would not be picking it up. I am currently in another country and will remain here until mid-January! You are wasting your time. I will also contact the payment service, as I made a payment agreement with you, and you have received the first installment. I am requesting a refund and cancellation of the package. I spoke to the payment service 15 days ago, and they said I need to wait until the package is returned. It has now been returned, and you are sending it back to me! Either you are very careless or trying to force me to buy this item. I will forward all emails to the payment service to ask them not to take any further payments and to question why they are associated with such a problematic company. This is the fifth message I have sent regarding the cancellation and refund. I will also be leaving a review online to warn others. Anyone who reads those reviews will know to avoid purchasing from you. Please cancel the order and refund my money.
