This situation is extremely frustrating. I have sent multiple emails stating that I do not want the package. I informed you 10 days ago that I wouldn’t be picking it up, as I am currently abroad and will be here until mid-January. You are wasting your time. I will also contact the payment service regarding the payment plan I have with you. You have received the first payment, but I am requesting a refund and cancellation of the package. I spoke to them 15 days ago, and they mentioned that I need to wait until the package is returned. Now that it has been returned, I see that you are sending it back to me! This seems either careless or an attempt to force me to purchase this item. I will forward all my emails to the payment service to request that you do not take any further payments and to question why they are associated with such a problematic company. This is the fifth message I have sent regarding the cancellation and refund. I will also be leaving a review online to warn others. Anyone reading those reviews will know to avoid purchasing from you. Please cancel the order and refund my money. I will be contacting the payment service to recover my initial deposit and halt any payments!

Terrible delivery experience! I ordered items two weeks ago, and they arrived in separate packages, meaning I need to be home each time to collect them. Plus, the main item hasn’t even arrived, and I have no updates on when it will be delivered.

Today, I received a message from the delivery service stating that a label was created, and the expected delivery is Friday. That’s two weeks from now, and I doubt I’ll actually receive it then. I inquired 4 days ago about the delivery time but received no response. I am requesting a refund because this is unacceptable. Don’t buy anything; you will be waiting forever. Update: I received two small items in a box that could fit a hundred of them, and I'm still missing 90% of my order. I will escalate this with my bank.

Areas for improvement: Both orders were listed as being in stock with quick delivery, yet one took 4 days and the other 8 days. This was not related to the delivery service, as it was clear when the items were handed over. The representative at the helpdesk was not very knowledgeable and couldn’t assist me regarding the delayed order. Overall, I would recommend this company if you don't need your tools immediately. I have not tested items that were out of stock, which seem to be the source of many complaints.

When I tried to reach out through their official email, I received an automated response directing me to a contact form. The phone support is also non-functional, and they do not respond to the contact form. I have opened a case with the payment service to recover my funds.
